Submitting Design Requests - Guidelines
My guidelines for any designs are pretty flexible. You can send me your information however you want, the best methods are listed below, and I will create your design with whatever instructions I am given.
Complete directions are listed below.
Complete directions are listed below.
1. You can send me the text of your document in whichever way is best for you, easiest methods are as follows:
(A perfect example of how to send your information is shown below)
2. I would also like you to specify anything particular that you may like on your design, e.g. a color scheme, a font, a style, ect. This is optional and all up to you.
3. I need your information AT LEAST two weeks before you need them for print. (I am a student, so my time during the weekdays is very limited!) I will need to charge extra if I have to rush to do it. I can complete a draft in a single day, but it takes many emails/calls back and forth, for anything that you want to be changed or corrected, to create the final product.
4. Please email me your completed information document/text in my contact page (linked above) or on your email application.
(After correspondence, I will provide you with a phone number to contact me easily)
5. After I complete your card, I will send you a final draft. You can either email back your corrections and anything you want me to change or call me and tell me what you would like me to change. I MUST have a proofed copy prior to sending out for print.
6. I can send the completed product either to you or directly to your printer. I am able to send you your document as a PDF, JPEG, or PNG , or in whatever form you require.
- Divide your word document into two columns, type all of the information you want on the front of your document in the first column, and the information you want on the back in the second column. Attach pictures separately in an email.
- Type two separate documents, one document for the front and one document for the back. Attach pictures separately in an email.
